Migrated XDS-I to JDK 6.
XDS-I is now compiled, packaged and assembled with Maven.

XDS-I now require Tomcat 6.0 (It may also work with 5.5 but has not be fully tested).
Started refactoring code for future XDS.b support.
We want to support both .a and .b profiles in the same build.

Integrated Stored Query into this build.
Like XDS.a and XDS.b, we have XDS-I.a and XDS-I.b but in one build.
Possibility to choose the profile you want to operate (a or b).
Profile a: SOAP 1.1, ebXML 2.1, SQL Query only, Consumer and Source tests.
Profile b: not yet supported.

Migrated to Axis2 implementation for Web services.
Added support for stored query of profile 'a' (ebXML 3.0 and SOAP 1.1).
Works with new NIST endpoints.
Consumer test now keeps track of URLs returned during a query and reuse them to retrieve documents.
